Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Shipping Policy
We place a high priority on shipping items out to you as soon as possible when we have them in stock.
For most items that are in stock, we are usually able to ship it the next day when we receive your order by 2:30 PM Mountain Time. Orders placed after 2:30 PM are shipped the following day.
Please be aware that when you order a product for a special occasion or season, products can take an additional day or two.
Most domestic shipments are made via UPS or FedEx ground service and typically ship within 1-3 working days from the time an order is received. After a product ships, it typically takes an additional 3-5 days travel time to the East Coast and 2-3 days to the West Coast states.
Note: except for call-in orders, we do not ship outside the United States (lower 48 states). All shipping prices quoted on this web site only apply to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally will have to be prearranged by email correspondence with customer service.
When a product ships, the UPS - FedEx system automatically issues an email to us giving the tracking number, we forward this number upon receipt. Please allow at least 5 days from the time you place the order before making inquires regarding orders. When making an inquiry, to customer service, it is important to include the full name of the person who ordered the product and the date the product was ordered along with the order number.
Note that when the price for a product indicates "Free Shipping", it means shipping to the 48-States in the Continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an International address must be prearranged by an email request to customer service.
Return Policy – Composters and composting products; if your composter, or composting product does not perform its function as described in the product description, please contact customer service immediately for a return authorization number. With that number, your product can be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or refund, shipping charges will not be included in any replacement or refund return. Opened composting products will be considered for replacement only within 15 days from date of purchase with attached RMA, unopened composting products will be considered for refund within 30 days with attached RMA. All composters can be returned within 15 days from date of purchase, they must have an RMA, be clean, undamaged and in the original shipping container.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All goods supplied are made from high quality materials and under strictly controlled processes.
2. As no control can be exercised over storage, handling, mixing, weather, during or after application (and all of which may effect the performance of the goods) NO RESPONSIBILITY for or liability for any failure in performance, loss, damage or injuries (consequential or otherwise) arising from such storage, mixing, application, or use will be accepted under any circumstances whatsoever and the purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use of the product.
3. These conditions cannot be modified, varied or waived by our staff, distributors or retailers, whether or not they advise or assist in storage, handling, mixing or use of the goods and such persons shall be entitled of the benefits of clause 2.
4. Maximum liability: Liability is limited to replacement of faulty goods only.
5. PURCHASE OF GOODS CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF “CONDITIONS OF SALE”.

Backorder Policy: You will be contacted by customer service via email regarding orders that cannot be filled within 5 business days of your order.
